And Then You is inexplicably soothing. It tames anger, dries tears, gently winds me down and cradles my heart to sleep. I enjoy all sorts of music, and sure, sometimes the more complex the arrangements in a song, the better. But given the depressive mood, this piece is as it should be- soft and steady melody, echoing lyrics and vocals. Simplistic beauty.
